Nigus Free airport concierge, pickup and drop off services from Nigus Properties was a wonderful experience that no owner or person should miss.

After 12hrs of Air flight from USA, it was such a wonderful relief to see someone at the arrival hall before the immigration services, holding up a placard with my name written on it. I immediately identified myself to the guy who showed me a valid ID with his name/picture on it. He took my hand luggage and loaded them on an already waiting trolley. We both proceeded to the baggage claim area, where I identified my luggage and he promptly loaded them up and saw me through Customs area.

When we got outside, next to the Airport was a private parking area, and I did not have to go across to the car park or wait with my luggage in the front while waiting for the driver to drive up. In the car lot was a very clean black Toyota land cruiser with a uniformed driver to chauffeur me home.

Boy or boy, that was very refreshing. We drove off and he dropped me off at my destination and unloaded the luggage.

On my due back date, they gave me a call three days before to re-confirm all schedules. I asked them to pick me up at 7.30am but they were at my gate by 7.00am promptly with a metallic silver clean land cruiser truck with another uniformed driver. When we got to the airport one of their staff was waiting for me to assist me with checking in.

I really enjoyed all the pampering; neither did I have to bother friends or family to pick me up. Kudos to Nigus for this lovely experience!
