Nigus Properties forms NEW Agreement with Lloyd Anderson
Another very rewarding benefit to owners of the company’s Luxury Fractional (Timeshared) Properties
Nigus Properties Headquarters, Houston, Texas, U.S.A.) - Nigus Properties, LLC the premier developer and manager of luxury fractional properties owned in Nigeria has selected Lloyd Anderson, Ltd. of Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria to be its outsource provider of on-ground logistics. The very rewarding agreement will provide local car transportation with accompanied driver rental service. Additional services available include airport pickup and drop off arrangements as well as private security services. All services are available for the comfort of its fractional owners and are available upon request.
Effective March 1, 2008, Nigus Properties will provide its clientele complimentary airport concierge/pickup and drop off service. This remarkable service is available to all of "The Palisade's owners" with at least one year of home ownership.
Cars available to fractional home owners include Toyota Corolla, Honda Haves, Toyota Camry, Toyota Land Cruiser, Mercedes Benz E Class and a Bullet Proof Mercedes Benz.
The new agreement with Lloyd Anderson, described as highly remarkable by Mrs. Olu Ilori of Claremont, California.," provides complete peace of mind not only to the property owners but speaks very highly of Nigus & commitment to its mission statement: 'Bringing Quality to Better Living."
