To Nigus Properties,

A salute to brilliant service

I would like to use this opportunity to thank Mr. Harris and Nigus Properties for their exemplary service during the recent visit of my mother to Nigeria.  They afforded me the ability to substitute accommodation arrangements with a personal car and chauffeur service.  

Nigus demonstrated what customer service is all about. Considering her trip came up on short notice and we did not give them adequate time to sort out her accommodation or transportation arrangements, they did not complain about our demands but took it to task to ensure that our requests were met.

From the arrival to the international airport in Lagos, Nigeria to her departure, their transportation service was nothing short of professional. In fact, family members where wondering ‘where and how’ she got these services, to which we credited Nigus for making all of this possible.

They followed up with me even while she was still in Nigeria to make sure that everything was going well; furthermore, they were ready to make necessary changes to ensure her comfort was constantly met.

Without this service my mother's trip to Nigeria would have been chaotic, but with Nigus, it made her travel simple and easier.   

Being a part of Nigus is definitely a worth-while investment especially if you expect to receive excellent all around service while in Nigeria.
