never been easier with our multiple and flexible payment options. An
initial $500 application fee applies to all payment options.
Certified
Funds
We welcome bank drafts or cashiers checks for the purchase of your
vacation home.
Approved
Credit Card
Nigus welcomes VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal
Payments.
Nigus
Financial Service
Nigus Properties currently has several payment plans options
available.

Option A - allows you the buyer to pay for your vacation home in 6
months or 6 installments.

Option B - allows you
the buyer to pay for your vacation home in 12 months or
12 installments.

Option C - allows you
the buyer to pay for your vacation home in 5 years or 60
installments.

Option D - allows you
the buyer to pay for your vacation home in 10 years or
120 installments.

Option E - allows you
the buyer to pay for your vacation home in 15 years or
180 installments.
At
Nigus Financial Services, we realize that every buyer’s financing need
is unique; that is why we have built into our payment plans the
ability to flexibly combine any of our payment options.

Properties, minimum loan amount for your state or the lien position

After 5/10/15 years owner will be
required to pay maintenance fees at the current Nigus rate.
