At Nigus, we are committed to bringing quality to better living.   Nigus Properties LLC was incorporated in October, 2006 as a Texas corporation with offices in Houston, Texas and Lagos, Nigeria. Nigus Properties LTD, Nigeria, is a subsidiary of Nigus Properties LLC (USA), was incorporated in 2006 and is wholly owned and managed by the directorship of Nigus Properties LLC (USA).
