Meet our Executive Management team
Adey Harris, PMP – President & Chief Executive Officer
Adey Harris has over 16 years experience of starting and managing
small businesses which include but not limited to internet
provision, enterprise resource planning consulting and more
importantly property management.
Adey helped to start and manage a
property make ready business in 1990 while at University of Houston
- Downtown, where he successful signed contracts with large
apartment complexes and home owners to help them make ready their
homes for move in.
In 1992 with a Computer Systems background, Adey went to work for
Triad Computer Systems as a computer field engineer and responsible
for the Southwest region of the United States.
In 1996 Adey helped to start up and manage a hardware, software and
networking company. This grew to include an Internet provisioning
business in the Houston area. The Internet business grew under
Adey’s leadership to a nation wide business.
In 1999, Adey started an ERP consulting and property management
company that manages over one million dollars in assets. The
consulting company has consulted with companies, whose combine
yearly revenue is in the region of 15 Billion Dollars, such as ING
America, UniumProvident, Waste Management, WorldRes, Amegy Bank,
Kaiser Permanete, and Lockheed Martin to name a few.
Ola Seriki – Vice President &
Chief Business Officer
Ola Seriki is currently the Managing Director
of SAS CONSULTANTS, an Architectural, Interior Design and
Construction Company. SAS Consultants currently service about $10
million of turnover per annum and with the additional contribution
from its international
operations, increases the Nigeria turnover by an additional $12 million. In the
commercial and residential sector, SAS undertakes a wide range of
quality contracts from $21,000 up to $40 million.
Ola started his architectural career immediately after graduation
in 1981 with Hamill & McKinney, Architects and Engineers in
Dallas, Texas, a firm with national reputation and expertise in
Restaurant and Hotel design.
In 1983, he joined Hodges & Associates, Architects and Planners,
Dallas, Texas, a firm with specialization in Shopping Centers and
Mall Designs.
In 1984, he joined Fusch-Serold & Partners, Dallas, Texas,
a 38-man design company with a fully computerized practice that
specialized in large scale residential developments including luxury
homes, multi-family units, ultra modern retirement communities
and plush office interior projects.
In 1988, GKK Associates, Architects & Planners, in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania recruited him out of Dallas. As a senior project Manager
and Team leader, he was responsible for the training and management
of a 9-man design team with complete project responsibility from
project proposals through concept design to completion of construction.
He was also a member of the 6-man management team responsible for
the daily management of the 36-man office.
Richard O. Johnson – Chief Financial
Officer
Mr. Johnson is the owner and operator of ROJ Tax Accountant & Financial
Services, which has been in business for past eight years. Mr.
Johnson can also be considered a venture capitalist in various
small business start-ups. He is currently the Chief Financial
Officer for Stafford Rehabilitation Services Inc., Vision
Technical Institute and Expo Oil Services Nig. Ltd.
Mr. Johnson completed his academic career at the
University of Houston with Bachelors in Accounting and Finance
in 1985 and proceeded to complete his designation as a Certified
Financial Planner in 1995.
Mr. Johnson started his professional career as a broker/Registered
Representative with First Investors Corporation from 1986
through 1988. He acquired his Series 6, Series 7 and
Group 1 life insurance licenses with this company.
In 1989, he joined a Non-Profit company called Covenant House
Texas as a Staff Accountant where he worked through 1996.
In 1997, he started a home based Accounting and Tax Service
business while he was on a long-term medical disability.
From 1998 through 2000, he worked as a part-time contract
consultant for Enron and American General as an Accounting and
Retirement Analyst respectively.
After his total Recovery from Cancer in 2001, he
moved his home based Accounting and Financial Services
business to an office complex in a popular business district
in southwest Houston. It is at this office that he currently
runs and operates all his small business ventures.
Dr. Tunde Coker - Chief Legal Officer
Dr. Tunde Coker, Born in Lagos. Married and presently based
in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Coker is an attorney and businessman. He attended primary,
secondary and tertiary institutions in Lagos, Nigeria and Doctorate
of Law in Houston, Texas.
He is the Principal partner of The Coker Law Firm, a Houston law
firm with practice in the areas of Real Estate, Property (acquisitions
and closings), Family, Corporations, Criminal, Immigration and
Civil law. Presently represents numerous international corporations
and individuals.
Dr. Coker has a vast knowledge of State and Federal laws and practice
in Texas and in the United States.
Timi Akinwunmi – Chief Performance
Officer
Timi is Partner-in-Charge at SAS CONSULTANTS an Architectural,
Interior Design and Construction Company.
Timi started his architectural career in 1983, while in Architecture
School at the University of Houston, Texas, USA, by working summers
with Engineering and Architectural firms. The first of his firms
was Raymond International, an offshore oil drilling company with
affiliates in Europe and West Africa. Here Timi was able to learn
what it takes to be part of professional atmosphere dedicated to
excellence.
In 1986, he received his Bachelor of Architecture degree and immediately
proceeded for his Graduate program at the University of Houston,
with major emphasis in Urban Design and Town Planning.
A twist of fate took Timi to the very renowned company of Skidmore
Owings and Merill where he was introduced to the interior design
and construction aspect of Architecture, and it was in this area
that he really began excel.
After 2 years at Skidmore, he spent a brief stint with House Reh
Associates before moving to Index Design Firm where he worked for
3 ½ years mostly on interior design projects on Hotels,
Clubs, Restaurants and Custom Homes after which he left Index Design
Firm to form his own company TAK Design and Architectural Services
which grew from a 1-man company to a 5-man company before he finally
moved back home to Lagos, Nigeria.
Timi is an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects.

Bola Egbetayo – Director of
Strategic Initiatives
Bola
Egbetayo has over 25 years in the both private and public housing,
the last 20 in the United Kingdom. She started her formal working
experience in1989 as a Trainee Housing Development Officer with the
South London Family Housing Association and s Acquisitions
Development Manager in 2005.
In
2001, she worked with the Capital Project section of the London
Borough of Camden, an inner city authority which is home to Kings
Cross Euro Link and over 20,000 businesses and homes in what is one
of the London’s most affluent areas dealing with private and public
home owners.
Her
style is to establish productive working relationships across a wide
range of internal and external stakeholders, she is an innovative
and pragmatic leader who enjoys learning from a variety of sources
to attain personal and corporate objectives and is currently
studying Hotel and Restaurant Management in Houston as a
complementary qualification to her MA Leisure and Tourism which was
obtained in 2000.
Bola
has held many roles in private, public and educational sectors and
is currently the CEO and founder of Housing Development and
Investment Solutions (HIDS), a property company that advises
individual clients and organisations on how to maximise their
investment on long and short term basis. The company’s portfolio
spans Europe and Africa.
Raised in two African countries, one of Bola’s intrinsic desire is
to contribute to a better understanding and increase trade (not aid)
to Africa which is undoubtedly one of the most resourced of
continents. She sees tourism and managed real estate development as
means of accelerating economic growth hence the reason for studying
the Master Degree in Leisure and Tourism with actual field research
in Botswana.
